Each of our 3-level Oystercatcher and Cormorant bush apartments are elements of a creatively designed 4-star (AAA rated) duplex pair. Though they adjoin each other they do so only by their adjoining mezzanine-level bathrooms. Double brickwork, double fire doors and outdoor screens and plantings provide efficient sound and visual separation. Each apartment overlooks Lake Willinga,100m away.

If required the apartments can be internally linked together to form a cottage that can accommodate up to 8. This is easily achieved by opening the opposed double fire doors at the mezzanine level of both apartments. When linked one of the lounge-rooms with its sofa bed can become a third bedroom and each bedroom will have direct access to the 2 bathrooms.
Features
Featuring local hardwoods, Cormorant and Oystercatcher apartments will appeal to guests for whom nature, water, bush and open space are important elements of relaxation. The well-separated patios provide sheltered outdoor eating spaces and sweeping views over lawns to the lake. The spacious upstairs bedrooms have high ceilings. A desk is set under the picture window overlooking the lawns and lake. The perfect place to be creative.
The lounge areas are tiled and contain comfortable queen-sized sofa (beds), an armchair and a pot belly stove. There is a CD/tuner, free-to-air TV reception and a DVD player. Kitchenettes contain 2-burner LPG stoves, convection/microwave ovens, bar fridges and cookware. The dining areas have round tables and settings for 8. Both Oystercatcher and Cormorant have LPG BBQs on the side and secure dog yards at the rear.
